Our Masonry Cleaning System

pressure washing with our trusted chemicals is the most effective, efficient, and trouble free method of cleaning masonry.

Pressure washing new masonry is tricky business because pressure washing can and will harm the product if you're not careful. You risk damaging the color and integrity of the masonry by washing away the sand and texture on the surface. This is the main reason we keep our pressure at 2000 to 2500 psi. Our techs and staff do not use pressured water to apply chemicals, either with mixtures or alone.

Specifications put out by brick and block manufacturers say the pressure system for applying water should not be the same system for applying chemicals. Their reasoning makes sense, you get too deep a penetration with the chemicals at high pressure and you will never remove the chemicals even if the masonry area is rinsed thoroughly.

Other companies spray acids / cleaners at 2,000 psi, even 3,000 psi the acid goes deep into the brick, block and or the masonry it is applied too. These companies are unable to neutralize the chemicals and they remain dormant until activated by some other contaminants.

What happens? What remains comes out as a caramelized iron stain and the masonry units looks absolutely awful. Because of this, the manufacturer of the masonry product is often made out to be the escape goat. Stating that the masonry product had failed.

The biggest problem we see with our pressure washing competitors today is not the pressure and or the (psi) but the operators training. Inexperienced companies tend to use high pressure (3500 to 4000 psi) to pre-wet and rinse masonry walls. When pressure washing companies spray new masonry walls trying to knock the excess mortar off with too much pressure and the tip to close to the masonry it leaves wand marks, blow out mortar joints, and stripped color. This is a known problem.

Inexperienced pressure washing companies can end up costing you money and time.

You can count on our professional service trained, reliable and skilled technicians to do the job the way it’s supposed to be the first time.
